Refund/Return Policy

All non customized items: Refund can be made ONLY if item is returned within 30 days and unused.  Any signs of used are automatic denial for return.

 

Customized items: Once an item has been customized to your specifications it can not be refunded.  Please make sure you select customizations before final purchase.

 

Last minute changes: Please contact me within 24 hours of placing your order for any changes or edits. If request is made after 24 hours, a $40 inconvenience fee will be charged as items must me trashed and recut.
